Colchester, EssexAVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This sham company deserves zero stars. I booked a taxi with them, which they estimated would arrive in approximately 35 minutes. An hour later, they hadn't arrived, so I called them. The line went to voicemail. I left a message, which they ignored. I called again 5 minutes later, to no avail. About 15 minutes later (so, around 45 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived) I got through to them, asked about the taxi, and the handler, who barely spoke English, hung up.
I will be contacting Trading Standards and leaving reviews elsewhere.
Do not, under any circumstances, book a taxi with this company.
