Shrewsbury, ShropshireWARNING - NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FEMALE PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ALONE!!!! Utterly disgraceful drivers. Ordered a taxi to collect a female friend travelling alone at 3am, the driver was rude and abusive, tried to say the card machines weren't working to get cash. Called the office and this was rubbish. Call centre staff were not really bothered and said a manager will call back. For a customer who books around 100 cabs a month, I find this level of service shocking. Reg starts FV10 and booking reference was 35360222. A driver has explained to me previously that they don't like the card machines as it takes longer for them to get paid and their costs are deducted from card payments before they are given them. On last nights occasion when the driver was challenged about the machines he became incredibly rude and aggressive, whilst I was on the phone to the office he was refusing to answer the phone as he was driving. If you don't want to receive messages from your friends like the ones attached or don't want to find yourself in the same position then avoid at all costs. These are not the only issues with Go Carz Drivers. The office response is all drivers are self-employed and licensed by Wolves council so not their problem. They clearly don't care about their brand, image or customer service levels. Anyone at Go Carz wants to check through my account you will see why you are now receiving these reviews.
