We opened our base on Edgar Street in 2009 to provide cheap taxis for the local area. Our goal was to create a service where a taxi cost the same, or even less than, public transport.

Our standard cabs can carry up to four people, but if you need some extra space we also provide 6, 7, 8 & 16 seater minibuses.

Baby Seat

At Max Cabs Blackburn, we believe that ensuring your safety is one of the most important parts of our service. There are many ways that we act in order to protect you and your fellow passengers but if you are travelling with a child or youngster, we are able to provide you with a baby seat upon request. As the law stands, taxis do not have to offer a child or baby seat to young passengers but we believe that this is a service that many of our passengers are looking for. With this in mind, if you contact us, at the point of booking, and request a baby seat, we will be more than happy to provide you with the requested seat.
