Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear

Booked two taxis on the same day, first turned up on time and was a lovely driver. The second was running late, eventually got a notification that it had been dispatched. 30 seconds later (without a text to say the car had arrived) we got a text to say the driver couldn’t find us. We had been waiting over 30 minutes by this time. When we rang the office we were politely informed that the driver had picked up someone else. For a 5 star service, I have to say I am very disappointed.
