Elite Taxi Garage's mechanics have many years of experience in servicing and repairing London Taxis. Our mechanics have worked on all types of cabs from yesterdays FX4's with the 2.2 and 2.5 engines through to the Fairways and Fairway Drivers. After these older cabs left service in London they were replaced with the later LTI TX1, LTI TX2's and LTI TX4's. The newest taxis currently on the road are the Mercedes Vitro and London Taxi Companies' TX4 (Chinese made) cabs.
It is this in-depth knowledge of London Taxis allied to our use of new technology that sets us apart from the rest. We also service, maintain and repair taxis for an increasing number of private taxi owners. These private owners choose to take advantage of our experience and access to spare parts rather than use a local non-specialist garage.
