About the Business
In 1992, the challenge facing us was to launch a leading private hire minicab company with just a handful of drivers. Today, A4 Cars has over 100 private hire vehicles of all shapes and sizes and is one of the largest and most experienced Licensed Private Hire Companies in the South East of England.
Drivers at A4 Cars are registered with the Local Licensing Authority, have a full driving licence, undergo Police Criminal Records (DBS) checks, medical and local knowledge tests. A4 Cars also perform strict in-house checks on all drivers to ensure our high standards are maintained.
The latest computerised booking and dispatch system is installed at our head office and state of the art in-car units in our vehicles. In today's increasingly competitive market, this has proved a major advantage in offering our customers, a more efficient, cost-effective and reliable service.
