Led by Alex Hurst, the company has made huge steps towards becoming environmentally sustainable. Phoenix were the first UK company to use 100% electric taxis, and we now have a fleet of 20 electric taxis and 50 hybrid low-emission taxis. SHOCKING! Booked taxi in advance by over a week informed waiting for drivers to arrive yet no courteous call to say they would be late rang BORDERLINE who arrived very quickly. Will Not Use this company as they have a laid back attitude with no apologies and make it difficult for you to complain.
