We operate a large, modern fleet of taxis that are capable of taking 5/6 or 7 passengers, all of our taxis are equipped with the very latest range of disabled access aids for ease of use for all wheelchair customers, which enables us to provide a professional and safe taxi service to our many valued customers.

We are ideally located in the heart of Norwich and in close proximity to Norwich airport, Norwich Bus Station and Norwich Train Station from where we can offer an efficient, reliable taxi service to all of Norfolk and Suffolk's hotels and tourist attractions.

We're a modern taxi company, allowing its customers to book their taxi online. All our taxis are driven by professional and licensed drivers. Our drivers are CRB checked (Criminal Records Bureau) and have a very professional attitude.

Airport Transfers:

All Airport transfers are inclusive of toll charges, 30 minutes waiting time and Black cab/hackney cab parking charges. Customers will be greeted by a uniformed driver from A2B Taxis Norwich. All are approximate prices from Norwich City centre. Our hackney cabs can take up to 7 passengers, including wheelchair customers with luggage.

Disabled Access & Support:

All our taxis are fitted with integrated ramps for easy access and a securing mechanism for wheelchair users providing solid stability during your journey, however long or short that may be. We’ll also support you to make sure you have no problems in accessing and departing the taxi, while also making sure you’re safely seated in the taxi before departure.

Elderly customers can benefit from intermediate steps and swivel round taxi seats that are fitted to all taxis. Our taxies have an induction loop for the hard of hearing. For the visually impaired we have contrasting grab handles and seat edge supports to aid access and departure of the taxi.

Funeral Day Hire:

We can help you with your transport needs on the day of the funeral service. A2B Taxis Norwich has vast experience in supplying dignified transport for wheelchair customers on these sad occasions, all of our funeral vehicles are plain black or silver with no advertising, your driver will be uniformed and courteous.

You will not have to travel alone as there is also seating available in our taxi’s for your family or friends. If a child is travelling with you there is no need to worry about child car seat’s as all of our taxis come with an adjustable seatbelt to fit any toddler.
