We have a vehicle for all your needs.

Rotherham, South YorkshireExtremely rude and aggressive man answering the phone. Asked for a taxi for 9am Friday. The call operator said to book for 10 minutes early than I needed because of the school run I just remarked I hadn't realised schools were back, (this was on the 18-8-22) he then said aggressively don't tell me how to do my job. I replied that I only commented that I hadn't realised schools were back yet, he interrupted me saying look do you want to book this taxi or not because he wasn't bothered or interested. I hung up. Not the service I was expecting as use this taxi firm all the time. Well, I used too. Shame 1 person can ruin a firm's reputation.
