Had a car this morning from Rubery to the Raddison Hotel, Birmingham. The driver charged me £16.70, I couldn’t see a display meter due to the plastic sheet separating the front of the car from the back. This journey would normally be around £11.00. It has proved impossible to speak to anybody at 247 Carz about this or complain about being overcharged as they don’t offer an option to speak to an Operator! Drivers overcharge because they know the customer can’t do anything about it. My next contact will be Companies House!

Failed miserably. The prebooked taxi didn't arrive. 4 phone calls got us "We are very busy" don't take bookings you cannot cope with them!! Rude operators and left on hold for ages. Missed 1st course of Christmas meal.
